Second China-Europe Auto Symposium:

September 22-23 in Shanghai

It is with great pride we announce that for the first time this year’s symposium will be conducted in cooperation and partnership with the esteemed China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

After a successful start in April 2008 in Beijing the CEAS has become an annual platform for the exchange of automotive know-how between European experts and Chinese automakers.

Despite of the global financial downturn, the Chinese car industry still remains strong and profitable. The growth and development of Chinese car manufacturers has by no means been halted. Instead, it continues to expand, driven forward by an infusion of compelling innovations as seen at the recent Auto Shanghai 2009.

In order to support the Chinese automotive industry in its efforts to succeed in export markets, Demuth Corporate and PRIME Research, firms specialized in automotive consultancy, have come together once again to organize the China-Europe Auto Symposium. Highly regarded experts from all important areas of the European car business will present case studies, provide useful insights and will be available to share their knowledge.

Speakers at this symposium will address subjects such as: consumer and market trends in Europe, legal challenges, financing opportunities, technical and engineering prerequisites, logistics, branding and marketing strategies, public and media relations.
